Taye talks about his childhood in Alabama and the influence of his father, Motown Records, and 70′s African-American sitcoms. Good stuff!

UPDATE: The Dynamites & Charles Walker have been moved to a different venue, so the new line-up looks like this: 9pm Peterson Brothers Band, 10pm The Congregation, 11pm Ruby Velle & The Soulphonics, 12am Diplomats of Solid Sound, 1am ROXY ROCA. That means 15 more minutes of ROXY ROCA before closing time!

When the House of Blues throws a party, they don’t mess around. And when House of Blues throws a Mardi Gras party you can pretty much count on a night to remember (or wish you could remember). We were thrilled to be asked to play at House of Blues Houston’s Mardi Gras party a couple weeks ago and, trust us, it was worth the drive!
